I have been jamming along….

I have been busy working along on my commissions, but I can’t post them again until the client sees the actual paintings. Sorry! I feel that they deserve to be the first to see the final images.

So here is an other musical artist I have been listening to a lot lately, the very soulful, Marc Broussard.  Thought you may like him too. “Love and Happiness” gets me all fired up to paint and reminds me of how much happiness and love I have in my life.  I literally wake up every morning grateful for my life, my children, my studio, my work and the friends and artists I have in my life.

I am a very rich woman.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the States and although it is marked as a day to show gratitude and overeat, I feel like that is what I do every day. (the gratitude part…) I will be spending the holiday with my children in our typical “anti-turkey day” celebration by eating sushi and making a blanket fort. (Yes, we still do that and it is awesome) No fuss, no stress and no crazy relatives. Love and happiness only. And I will once again wake up being grateful for the day. And every day.
